Jacob Harmer is the managing director of GHS Adventure Limited (ConquerEverest.com) and is responsible for coordinating all pre-departure arrangements. Prior to founding ConquerEverest.com, Jacob acted as a group leader for the Everest Base Camp trip, and knows all aspects of the expedition inside out. He will ensure that you are fully prepared pre-departure, that you have a smooth trip and most of all an amazing adventure.

Pemba is in charge of coordinating ground operations team in Nepal. His role involves managing expedition staff and coordinating your activities during your stay in Nepal. Prior to becoming a partner in GHS Adventure Limited, Pemba acted as the managing director of a Nepali base trekking company, and therefore has a fountain of experience. He is also currently preparing for his own Everest summit attempt.

Henry is responsible for directing our marketing and sales team. Our Guides and Porter Support Team
We believe strongly in only employing local guides and porters to help ensure the employment we bring directly benefits the development of the Khumbu region. All of our guides are English speaking, first aid trained, qualified and hold trekking guides licenses. Our low guide to client ration, typically 1 to 3, ensures that our experienced and friendly guides are always easily assessable. With 1 porter for every 2 clients, and a low guide/client ratio we guarantee a well supplied and supported expedition in order to ensure you get the most out of your Everest experience.
